Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Multifari Studio, the video generation service available at studio.multifari.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Multifari Studio is an independently operated service for creating videos from templates, including features that generate images, audio, and video using artificial-intelligence models. For any question about these terms, contact support@multifari.com.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
- You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
- Account information you give us must be accurate. We may suspend or close accounts created with false information.
3. Your content
- You keep your rights. Content you upload and videos you create remain yours. We claim no ownership of them.
- Licence to operate. You grant us the licence needed to run the service: to store, process, transcode, render, and deliver your content, and to display it back to you and the people you share it with. This licence exists only to provide the service and ends when the content is deleted.
- Your responsibility. You must hold the rights to everything you upload — images, audio, fonts, footage, and text. Do not upload content you are not entitled to use.
- Content is retained according to your plan's storage and retention limits; see Storage & Retention for the exact windows. Export anything you want to keep.
4. AI-generated content
- Some features generate content with artificial-intelligence models. Generated output may be inaccurate, and similar prompts may produce similar output for other users. Review generated content before you rely on it or publish it.
- You are responsible for how you use generated content, including complying with the laws and platform rules that apply where you publish it — for example, a platform's requirements for labelling synthetic or altered media.
- Do not use generation features to create content that is unlawful, deceptive about real people or events, or infringes someone else's rights.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the service for anything unlawful, or to create or distribute unlawful content;
- infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of others;
- attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent the service's security, rate limits, plan limits, or watermarking;
- resell or provide the service to third parties as your own without our agreement;
- interfere with the service's operation or other customers' use of it.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules. Where practical we will warn you first.
6. Plans, payment, and credits
- Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on the schedule shown at purchase. Prices and plan limits may change; changes take effect at your next billing period, and we will tell you in advance.
- Some features consume credits included with a plan or bought separately. Credits are not redeemable for cash and expire as described at purchase.
- Free-plan output may carry a watermark. Removing or attempting to remove it other than through a paid feature is a breach of these terms.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
7. YouTube
Where the service lets you connect a YouTube channel, it does so using YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel or using those features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of the data it receives is described in the Google Privacy Policy. What we access and store, and how to revoke access — including via Google's security settings page — is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, add, or retire features. If we retire something that materially affects paid functionality you rely on, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your content.
9. Disclaimers and liability
- The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, or data.
- Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded, including, for New Zealand consumers, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
10. Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account for a material breach of these terms, and where practical we will warn you first. When an account closes, its content is deleted on the schedule in Storage & Retention, and any connected YouTube channel's stored data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. If we change these terms materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify account holders. Continuing to use Multifari Studio after a change means you accept the updated terms.
